WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your product is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number. Since we source products from various designers to offer quality and affordability, some items may be shipped separately.
You can easily track your order by visiting the 'Track Order' menu on our website or by using the tracking link sent to you via email.
OOPS! I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING DETAILS?
No worries, but act fast! We can only update your address within 24 hours before your order is processed.
If you've noticed a mistake—like a typo or an auto-filled address—email us immediately at info@kozyled.com, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible! 🚀
Once your order has been shipped, we can no longer change the address due to privacy laws.
WHAT DOES The THREE-COLOR LIGHT OPTION MEAN?
With a three-color light, you can easily adjust the light from warm white to cool white or natural light using your existing light switch, giving you flexibility to match the mood or activity.
WHAT DOES THE RGB LIGHT OPTION MEAN?
RGB lights use red, green, and blue LEDs to create a wide spectrum of colors. By mixing these three colors in different combinations, you can customize the lighting to any color you desire, allowing for dynamic and vibrant lighting effects.
WHAT DOES THE STEPLESS DIMMING OPTION MEAN?
Stepless dimming means you can adjust the brightness of a light smoothly and continuously, without fixed levels or "steps."
Instead of switching between set brightness levels like low, medium, and high (which would be "step dimming"), stepless dimming lets you slide or hold a button to find the exact brightness you want, anywhere on the brightness scale—kind of like a volume knob that turns smoothly rather than clicking into place.
WHAT DOES THE DIMMABLE LIGHT OPTION MEAN?
A dimmable lamp lets you adjust the brightness to suit your mood or needs. You can also change the light color, from warm white to cool white or natural light, offering complete control over your lighting experience.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Absolutely, we’re here to help! You can cancel or change your order within the first 5 hours of placing it.
Just send us an email at info@kozyled.com with your request, and we’ll assist you right away.
Please note: After 5 hours, orders may have already been processed for shipment, and changes will no longer be possible.

If you’ve ordered multiple products, they may be shipped separately, as our items come from different interior designers and locations.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with extra care, but occasionally, mishandling by the postal service may cause damage (about 1 in 1,000 products). If this happens to you, don't worry!
Please contact us with:
Your order number
A photo or video of the damaged product
Once we receive your details, we’ll happily send you a replacement product free of charge.
Note: Please report any broken, defective, or damaged products within 48 hours of receipt. Timely communication helps us assist you faster!
MY PRODUCT MALFUNCTIONS WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD
While it’s rare, sometimes issues can arise, leading to malfunctions during the warranty period. But don’t worry! We’re here to help.

Recording a video helps us clearly understand the problem, allowing us to resolve it swiftly without lengthy explanations. This will save you time!
Once we receive the return and assess the situation, if the fault is on our end, we’ll send you a replacement product at no extra cost.
HOW ARE REFUNDS PROCESSED?
Refunds for cancelled orders are issued automatically to the original payment method used for the purchase.
