30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return if you are not completely satisfied. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for items that meet our return criteria.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it.

  • It must include all original tags and be in its original packaging.

  • If the item has been assembled by you, it must be neatly disassembled and placed back in the original box before returning.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


STARTING A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@kozyled.com. Our dedicated customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions.


RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label (or address) and detailed instructions on how to return the product to the appropriate retailer. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.


REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

  • You will receive an email notification confirming the refund.

  • You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs will not be refunded.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, please take a moment to inspect it. Should you find any defects, damage, or discrepancies, kindly notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team is committed to resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your satisfaction. If you are unable to report within this period due to installation scheduling, please inform us within 48 hours so we are aware of the situation.

Please note: We do not accept returns for gift vouchers. However, returns are accepted for products that are on sale.
