If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
We offer a refund or exchange when the return conditions are met.


Return Conditions

Returned items must meet the following requirements:

The item is unused and in the same condition as received
All original packaging and accessories are included
If the item was assembled, it must be disassembled and packed in the original box


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email info@kozyled.com.
Our support team will explain the next steps and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label or return address.
Please follow the instructions provided by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, unless the item is defective or damaged.


Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact info@kozyled.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

If you cannot inspect the item right away due to installation planning, please notify us within 48 hours so we can record this.

For damaged or defective items, Kozyled covers the return shipping costs.


Non Returnable Items

Gift cards and vouchers cannot be returned.
